Halloween at the Station
Join us for an atmospheric Halloween Train ride at Midsomer Norton on October 26th - accompanied children aged 16 and under in Halloween costume travel free! Due to the popularity of this event, we are running two sessions - one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Both sessions will feature the Halloween Express and a steam train and you will be able to ride both trains. There will be Halloween activities and the shop & buffet will be open between 10:00 and 16.00.
We strongly recommend that you book a train ticket for this event in advance to ensure that you do not miss out. Tickets may be available on the day but last year this event sold out well in advance.
Ticket prices are £12.00 for one adult, £6.00 for accompanied children aged 4-16 or free if wearing Halloween costume - make sure you book a ticket even if the trip is free as we need to know overall numbers. All children aged 3 and under travel free but of course may wear suitable costume as well. Tickets are Half Day Rovers so cover travel on as many trains during the session as you like (subject to space). Please note that children must be accompanied by at least one fare paying adult.
