New Years Day - Mince Pie Specials
Join us for New Year on the Somerset & Dorset Railway at Midsomer Norton. Enjoy a hot drink (cold drink for children) and a mince pie from the warmth of our superbly restored buffet coach as well as unlimited train rides in cosy heated carriages.
This is the last chance to see Uskmouth 1 before returning to the Dean Forest Railway. She will be hauling the Mark 1 coaches and tailed with the 08. We will also be running the DMU on an alternate half hourly service.
Ticket prices £12 for adults and £6 for children aged 4-16; children aged 3 and under travel free. Ticket price includes a drink, mince pie (*see below) and all train rides. Departures from Midsomer Norton South station starting at 10.30 with the last train at 15:00 but remember your ticket entitles you to ride any or all of these as you wish subject to available seats!
Our buffet, station shop, second-hand book emporium and museum will all be open.
*Covers a standard tea/coffee or small child's drink. One free drink and mince pie per person.
